-Revised App--> posters are individual apps --> each one helps with a different issue on sleep. The one I did was for "The Dreadful Drinker" (caffeine intake and sleep).
-Still lacks stuff though
-Not sure what it needs
-other ideas?
-Constant notifications for:
-Quarters of day? (meal times?)
-Close to bedtime?
-The caffeine intake is supposed to represent how long the caffeine has been in the person's system.
-caffeine ideally takes 45mins to kick in so that meaning that they can still sleep.
-Not really sure what to call it though.
-The idea of the screen setting screen is to configure the app's lighting in night/day modes.
-The idea is that it tracks when the sun sets and rises to determine whether to change into night or day mode. Using similar functions the phone uses to find out weather.
-The app would choose warmer colours to overlay the screen at night and will be normal in the day.
-Idea is that one or two cups of caffeine is good but more than that affects sleep.
-tried out with a grey-ish black background and chalk drawn styles with cups
-idea of sayings/warnings to say that increasing intake is bad.
-each cup represents 100mg of caffeine.
-person can consume upto 4 cups (400mg of caffeine before it is too much)
-100mg is lowest for best sleep.
-Power nap stuff
-notification screens
TIPS:
·
A short nap is usually recommended (20-30 minutes) for short-term
alertness. This type of nap provides significant benefit for improved alertness
and performance without leaving you feeling groggy or interfering with
nighttime sleep.
·
Your sleep environment can
greatly impact your ability to fall asleep. Make sure that you have a restful
place to lie down and that
